As a dog walker and sitter, you're going into people's homes, you're around their families and spending a lot of time with their beloved pets. Cassidy focuses on attention to detail and transparently communicating with pet parents. That also comes into play when it comes to pricing. Rising gas prices and inflation are affecting a lot of pet care providers. Cassidy told me how she cuts back on expenses to get a better profit margin. When she does need to raise prices she offers more options to her clients so they can feel like we're all in this together - which we are!
