The frustration that you'll experience in trying to create the product will more times kill any momentum that you're trying to build. Hey guys, if you're like me, you've always had a desire to do more. And deep inside, you've known there's a way and a possibility for you to achieve your dreams, the lifestyle and achieve the freedom you've always wanted. Because we have what it takes to get things done and learn from others and get the mindset to achieve the dreams we've always wanted.

Welcome to SB Warriors. Hey, what's up SB Warriors? Okay, here today. Today, I'm going to talk about a lot of people who are looking for ways to increase their income, but they're not sure how to do it.

And a lot of times I kind of ask people, like, hey, what are you interested in? What are you doing? And it's kind of like the traditional mantra of like, oh, do things you're passionate with. And I don't want to be that extreme because unless you have a certain thing that service that you can provide, that passion isn't going to relate one to one.

It's going to be more so like something you can see yourself doing over the extended period of time, things you're interested in. So it makes it a little bit easier to do the things when it comes to fulfilling whatever it is that service you're doing. But when I end up telling people, because I have all these ideas, and I was talking to a buddy of mine, he's like, yeah, I got this idea. And then I have this idea.

I'm like, well, first, jot down all these ideas, some of the probably big mistakes I make, is I don't always jot them down. But when I do, I'm forever grateful that I did. And so one of the things is when you jot down your ideas, you know that this is something possible in the future. Number two is if you know a particular market that you naturally gravitate towards, so me, I'd probably say things that gravitate towards our fitness and business.

Things I like doing, things I enjoy doing, things I do for free, things I enjoy. So that's kind of a hit. And you might want to take something like that and take it with a grain of salt. I understand like, hey, these are things I naturally do.

If you're an inner, bigger, whatever it is. Now, most people go like, hey, I don't have a product. What am I supposed to do? And so like, how do you sell something if you don't have a product?

Well, there's a couple of ways you can do that. One is you can decide that you're going to either do information, you're going to do a physical product, and like, how are you going to bring something to the marketplace? And what I don't like is when someone's brand new, this is what I did. You spend all this time creating a product.

And you spend loads and loads and loads of time. And I'm like, hey, buddy, just do yourself a favor. Learn how to sell. If you can learn how to sell, you'll be better off.

And if you're in that niche, you'll start to learn that niche. So a perfect example, so I've been advertising for small business owners. I've been using different measures, the means of social media to, you know, non-traditional forms of traffic advertising, websites, push ads, pop-unders, pop-unders, video ads, text messaging, Instagram ads, all these different things, Instagram, sorry, Instagram, it's the messenger ads, all these different ways you can get different traffic. So of all these ways, what's the best?

And you know what? There's not one best because every niche is going to have a better way. So what I found is that when I was doing this, I started texting. I was like, you know what?

We're getting great open rates and great responses from the texting. So I was like, what? The texting apps I was using, I didn't like them. So I was like, you know what?

I'm going to create. I'm going to create a texting app. So this is what I'm doing. And it's my first product.

It's my first digital product outside of info products. And it's new. It's kind of exciting. And it's a little bit like going through that murky waters and being able to be open to failing because I'm investing and putting it together to hopefully build the infrastructure.

Now, a lot of times people will say, you know, instead of you trying to figure out what you're supposed to give the market, let the market tell you. And so by being a user, I understood a little bit of like, hey, these are problem points that I've seen. And these are things I would like to add that aren't currently being used in the marketplace. And so this is what I want to do.

And this is how I want to shift it focused. So it's not completely when I say a red ocean. So I talk about red ocean blue ocean. Just imagine two seas and a red ocean.

When I talk about red ocean, red ocean is filled with sharks, the pranas. And if you're falling, you're going to be eating up and it's going to be hard to survive. Well, most people starting off, they tend to start off in the red ocean because that's where they came from. That's where their initial interest came, whether it's starting off in marketing, whether it's a fitness, you name some of the health, wealth, love type of one of those type of genres.

That's where most people start off with. But the reality is because there's money there, it is competitive. Let's not beat around the bush. So when everyone's like, oh, you can just start a business and make money.

Yes, you can. It is competitive and you have to understand that. That's why you want to look for opportunities from the market. So as I'm going through this, I've gone through probably two, three programmers now.

And each of them had had different criteria, different ways of doing my vision for the product. And it's a little challenging. So I end up like, okay, this is what I'm budgeting. This is what I'm putting forward.

I put this money aside. I'm just going to do it. And so I'm building relationships. And so one of the ways the first guy paid some money down, started doing it and didn't pay the full price.

And then he just disappeared. And I'm like, dude, where are you? Like you just disappeared, like finished the freaking product. You're like, we agreed.

And I'm trying to be nice and I'm being professional with it. And so I get frustrated because he failed. And I kind of look at it as getting back to dating. And so what that person did, they just they actually saved me money by them not fulfilling on the initial promise.

And even though I paid money into it and they did some of the work, I go, you know what? You just eliminated yourself from the equation as being a potential product vendor provider for myself and my company. So by doing that, you're saving me money. And I think a lot of times if you were to do that relationship, you're like, Hey, oh my gosh, this person kissed another guy.

And oh my gosh, I can't believe they did that. And you're like, Oh man, I can't believe that. Oh, I love you. And you go back and forth and you're like, No, no, no, no, don't do that.

That person just saved you years agony because they just showed you who they are. And so it's one way to look at it kind of harsh. But what do you get the analogy is that, you know what, somebody just eliminated themselves and I am saving that money by not continuing to try to work with that person in the future. Because if you ever try to work with someone who's like flaky and then they show up, they don't show up and it's just like, Holy cow, like, why can't I find people who are wanting to come to work or wanting to fulfill and do what they say they're going to do.

So that sometimes is a hard part. But if someone doesn't initially giving you problems like, dude, boom, you're done. I get it. You know what?

I appreciate it. If you want to come back and hang on. So sorry. Nope.

Good luck. I'm going to work out. And there's a difference between what they put together didn't work versus their work ethic didn't provide a product. So it's like, hey, I'm stuck on something.

Like, okay, well, we need to figure out a way to solve this problem because it's a complex problem. Well, that's different versus saying, oh, you know, just slamming somebody because they can't figure it out. Like, okay, we need to get somebody else to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to expert in that particular aspect so they can solve the problem. So anyway, going back to what to do if you don't have a product.

And the thing is just look for them. There's so many that are already in existence. So many. So you're like, well, I hear two problems all the time.

One is I don't have a product and two, I really don't know how to sell it. Okay. So two huge problems right there. And if you're in that boat, okay, take a big deep breath and I tell you a simple way you can kind of get started.

The easiest way is to look for those products and see what's selling, whether it's Clickbank, whether it's, what's another affiliate program, a CPA offers, you know, there's a number of ways to make money in a particular niche or field. I think it's, I think it's complimentary. So if you do what they call a CPA offers, a cost per acquisition. So if you do a CPA offer where a company is actually willing to pay you to get someone to put in their email.

So they just mark it out to this offer. So let's just say there's a flowers.com is looking to get people who are interested in flowers. So they'll put together a software. They'll say, Hey, you, Mr.

affiliate, every time you drive somebody to give us their email to make a purchase, we'll give you X amount of dollars and it can vary. For you to be as low as a dollar, it can be as high as, you know, $40 depending on what that offer is. And so what people can do is they build it. But what they usually do is they send it straight to that offer and they don't try to collect the actual email.

And so by building a list. So I'm kind of getting into the fundamental basics of list building and why that's important. But before we, you know, probably better to do this and I'll stop here with the list. But by building a kind of infrastructure of where you want to work.

So if you're like, Hey, I'm going to do fitness and you don't have that product yet, but you start building a list around an affiliate product. Guess what you have? You have interested buyers who are proven their interested in this other topic or this other product. They've already proven that they're interested in this.

And so by having that proof, when you're ready to launch your product, which probably be in a similar fashion or similar niche, but not the exact same competitor, guess what? You're ready. So instead of starting off with, you're like, Hey, I got a product, you're a build product, you're starting off with a blank, you now have a buy interest buyers who are looking for solutions. And so you're like, Okay, well, I got this affiliate product.

People are interested in this. They're signing up for this. So you get people who are interested and you get this, you get this little bit momentum. So you're a step ahead of what an average person would be who's just going into a brand new and just starting a market and starting a market cold.

So I think that was probably the biggest thing I make mistake of is I just started marketing with two directly to that product. And I don't think you have to do that. So if while you're trying to figure out what your exact product is going to be, if you don't have command and you don't know the pain points of that product, you don't start off with an affiliate offer. I think that's the easiest way to find people who are interested in what you're looking to do long term without the long term headache and hassle.

And this is the thing I've talked about many times by not getting frustrated because the frustration that you'll experience in trying to create the product will more times kill any momentum that you're trying to build to actually move forward and to where you can believe what you're doing and actually achieve some success or see some success and go, you know what? This actually works because the first thing is if you haven't knocked down that belief and some people wrestle front to my call it the big domino in your head. So the big domino that most people started out brand new have is I don't know this is going to work and it's going to be for yourself. Your family members might have it.

Your friends might have it. But yours is going to be different. So and if you think about standing next to a domino like ginormous domino and you're like holy cow, here's a huge domino. How am I going to get over it?

And that is your belief. Your belief that oh, domino one is I need a product to sell. That's a huge domino climb over. Well, what if we take that out and go, okay, boom, we're going to push this domino down because now you have an affiliate product you can use.

You know, I should probably add some links to the bio back on my resource page so you guys can see some access to possibly some CPA, some affiliate places and that you can guide to where to go. And what I like to talk about is how to learn how to advertise for that CPA or for that affiliate offer. All right, guys, thanks for listening. As we were just keep pushing.
