Després de molts anys vinculat a la cooperativa de Poboleda, de la qual va arribar a ser president durant una dècada, Salvador Burgos va decidir començar a elaborar els seus propis vins. Juntament amb la seva dona, Conxita Porta, va fundar, l'any 2005, el celler Burgos Porta, que des del primer moment va apostar per dues idees que ara estan molt esteses però que en aquell moment no eren tan habituals: la producció ecològica i l'enoturisme. Ens visiten acompanyats de Jordi Utset, un apassionat del vi enamorat d'aquest celler del Priorat.
