Buried With Christ: Understanding What It Takes To Be Baptized

Greetings everyone, and may mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you. We will be in Acts 8 today. How many of you have been baptized? Many were " baptized” as a baby by sprinkling, but that doesn't do anything to save your soul. If our goal is to just baptize people, then all we're doing is giving everyone a bath without cleaning their spirit. Baptism doesn't save you, but what Jesus did for us does. So if you want to be baptized, you need to receive Jesus first and allow him to save you. The baptism is just a symbolic statement of faith. If you're ready to receive Jesus, what are you waiting for?
