BURN OUT 😩🔥

from Amma Brown Girl

WHAT DO YOU MEAN S2 IS COMPLETE? 😨 I started the series on a rooftop in Vietnam with no idea on how to edit on premiere pro or use wireless mike. We went from blocking my mother, to now being besties, season 2 was heavily based on the roller-coaster relationship I’ve had with my parents.  From young I always thought I’d be ostracised, so having them in my life came as a pleasant surprise. With 1001 boundaries, difficult conversations, accountability, forgiveness and patience that I don’t know how I managed to have, I somehow made it out the other side.  Season 2 was hard to complete if I’m honest, I’ve had a busy summer with lots of exciting things happening in the background, but it’s got me super burnt out, and with fun-employment starting to feel like full time employment, dare I say I NEED A BREAK.  As an Indian, my dictionary doesn’t include taking breaks, but I know It will do me good.  I’ll be back soon with season 3, lots more to learn, lots more to create, I pray this works out and for my podcast to help anyone who needs it.  MWAH X 🩷 Hosted on Acast. CBS Radio Mystery Theater goldenclassics CBS Radio Mystery Theater (a.k.a. Radio Mystery Theater and Mystery Theater, sometimes abbreviated as CBSRMT) was a radio drama series created by Himan Brown that was broadcast on CBS Radio Network affiliates from 1974 to 1982, and later in the early 2000s was carried by the NPR satellite feed. The format was similar to that of classic old time radio shows like The Mysterious Traveler and The Whistler, in that the episodes were introduced by a host (E. G. Marshall) who provided pithy wisdom and commentary throughout. Unlike the hosts of those earlier programs, Marshall is fully mortal, merely someone whose heightened insight and erudition plunge the listener into the world of the macabre (in a manner similar to that of The Man in Black on yet another old time radio program, Suspense). As with Himan Browns prior Inner Sanctum Mysteries, each episode of CBS Radio Mystery Theater opened and closed with the ominous sound of a creaking crypt door, accompanied by Marshalls disturbing utteran Just A Girl From The South Bronx Krystal Richards A show about funny anecdotes and life lessons I've learned in my 20s (and still learning).
