Meanwhile notoriously tardy Lisa, misses the commercial flight to the annoyance of the entire cast.We leave you with an easy weeknight sheet pan recipe: Glazed Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner 30 mins. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.4 breasts or 2 split breats1 Broccoli cleaned and cut into bite size pieces 1 bag of sliced carrots or 2 carrots peeled and sliced1/2 bag mini potatoes of 2 potatoes peeled and chunked1/4 Grainy/dijon mustard2-3 tbsp Honey or to taste1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Salt and Pepper to taste Olive oilCombine mustard, honey, garlic & onion powder, salt and pepper. Brush onto chicken place on sheet pan and set aside.Toss broccoli, carrots and potatoes in a generous amount of olive oil. Salt and pepper and add to sheet pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until chicken reached 165 degrees internal temperature. Stir veggies half way through.
