This left many brick-and-mortar retailers, especially those who weren’t accustomed to delivering their goods, at a loss. The entrepreneurs @Robbie Bouschery @Hans Mengler and @Achim Karn identified this need and acted fast. Together, they founded @getpacked, an order management SaaS for local merchants that gives store owners & restaurants the tools to reclaim their customer relationship. Getpacked gives any small business - from restaurant to bakers or even farmers markets the tools to stay competitive and successful despite the power of the big platforms and provide their customers with a seamless digital solution that they control.
