Business Coach Linda grew up in Michegan, where she fell into drinking at an early age. When she saw a sign at her GP she realised she was drinking at least twice the daily 'recommended' amount. Despite doing all the right things for her health, eating well, exercising and taking care of herself she was drinking daily.
