from BOSS BABE BLOG PODCAST

Hello Bosses!Today we are bringing you a FREE Tip on Facebook Selling.FACEBOOK SELLING TIP:Consider Your Brand RepresentationRemember, when selling in a Facebook Group everything you post is related back to your brand. So here are some negative post that you may want to avoid.Shaming a Brand/Business Owner/Group/CustomerComplaining about a Brand/Business Owner/Group/CustomerVenting about non business related topicsOversharing your personal lifeOversharing your business informationNot only are these kind of post on social media unprofessional, they represent your brand in a negative light.Put yourself in the shoes of a customer. As a customer I'm thinking wow, is the business owner going to talk negatively about me like that too?I'm also thinking, wow, this business owner has a lot going on right now.I have never shopped with them before, so are they still going to be able to deliver in a timely manner, because I am looking to receive the products/quality that I paid for regardless of their personal life.I do care about them, but I want what I paid for, or a clear disclaimer so I can decide on if I want to purchase.I HAVE shopped with 2 businesses in the past where the business owner has shared that they have a lot going on or has over shared their personal life.In both cases I received my product late or not up to par. Also In both cases , the business owners used their personal situation as a justification for their below average delivery. So as a shopper , I now avoid shopping with business owners that post more about personal life or problems.Every customers experience will vary, but one thing that remains consistent is your content that represents your brand. How will you represent? Then put yourself in the shoes of a networking partner or brand ambassador. As a networking partner I am steering 100% clear of negativity. As I grow , I am looking for partnerships with professionals. What are some ways to elevate your professionalism?Learning to address your emotions at the APPROPIATE PLACE and TIME.Using DIRECT communication to resolve an issue.Keeping the conversation growth related.Just remember, how you treat people will not be forgotten.Have a productive day,The BOSS BABE BLOG TEAMSubscribe to our newsletter for more free tips:https://boss-babe-blog.square.site/newsletter
