but i think they benefit from associating with their culture    just like anyone else     even if it is not that much    the u.s. is multi cultural    i dont know what people were talking about being against multi culturalism.  there are many different cultures    in the u.s.  people are often leaned in to their culture or associate with it somewhat  think ellis island kind of thing i always thought of the u.s. kind of like ellis island didnt question who lived here because it was up to customs enforcement to approve people to live in the u.s.  i just left it up to customs enforcement. i never thought about who lived here. so that is how i feel i was able to live in a place where there were all kind of people and never thought about who lived here     i was just like yea there are people from many different cultures that live here and they have community places sometimes   sometimes not for example, any kind of cultural town i just looked it up on the internet and they seem to be called " ethnic micro neighborhoods" i didnt know ellis island was used for detention. i am talking about the "immigration era"   i am finding all the phrases online dont worry.
