També comptem amb un productor de calçots que, a més, és el president del Consell Regulador de la DO Catalunya i vicepresident de la Federació de Cooperatives Agràries de Catalunya: Xavier Pié. El podcast també s'interessa per les conclusions dels "Vins vinents", una reflexió a futur del sector del vi a Catalunya impulsada per la patronal Associació Vinícola Catalana i per l'Institut Català de la Vinya i el Vi de la Generalitat.
