If you believe “Christian” or “Gospel,” Rap or R&B is passive, outdated, or inauthentic, think again. Songstress/ Rapper Nekiwa Smith has changed the equation. Better known as “Harvest,” she is a Christian rapper, singer, minister, and entrepreneur. To add, Harvest is the owner of Militant Barbie’s, a streetwear faith-based clothing brand for women, and Harvestegy, a ministry devoted to assisting leaders, businesses, music artists, and ministries. The list goes on, however; with all of this, music harmonizes relationships.
