Natalie shares educational journey, from a student in her Chicago neighborhood (pre-gentrification) to the exchanges with administration that led her to becoming an educational nonprofit founder. From English as a Second Language and GED programs with adults to supporting students design math board games, Dr. Williams-McMahon utilizes creative leadership to engage her students and help them achieve their goals. Grouping, showing students work through various lenses, and integrating fun are on the agenda. Natalie is still very connected to her roots and her history - and is an advocate for her students, her neighborhood, and her journey. Tune in!
