Can hatha yoga practice lead to self-realisation? ஹத யோகா பயிற்சியால் தன்னிலை உணர முடியுமா?
from Santhosam Podcast: Guiding Light of Spiritual Wisdom · host Santhosam
Yogam is all about connecting with what’s real, what’s unchanging, and what brings creation, protection, and transformation. This concept has been embraced globally through arts, science, and technology, making it accessible to everyone. If just one person understands it, it’s considered art; if it’s known by many, it becomes science; and when it’s utilized by all, it turns into technology. Hatha yoga breaks down to Ha, meaning Sun, and Tha, meaning Moon. Just like the sun and moon govern the sky, Ha (SuryaKala) and Tha (Chandrakala) influence our bodies. The two sides of the brain work together to manage bodily functions. Hatha yoga boosts our energy levels and harmonizes the five elements within us. However, it doesn’t lead to self-realization. To truly connect with the Self that resides within us, we need to treat our bodies like temples. Just as a bulb is needed to light up a room, or a fan is necessary for air circulation, every form of energy requires a physical matter. To harness this life energy, we need our physical bodies.Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe!
