She holds a Bachelor of Science from Acadia University and a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). Currently serving as Executive Director at CCMH Halifax, this co-owner has also been an instructor since 1993, shaping the next generation of therapists. Her extensive clinical and academic experience spans multiple institutions across Canada. Passionate about program improvement, curriculum development, and educational excellence, Jennifer remains dedicated to advancing the field of massage therapy through research, governance, and leadership. Jennifer was an active member of the PCANS executive for over 9 years, serving in every position.About Natasha JoyceNatasha is the Co-Owner and Director of Education at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy, and has been immersed in the career college sector since 2010. A passionate educator at heart, she has spent her career in the classroom and in leadership roles, dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences and empowering students to succeed in hands-on, career-focused fields.In addition to her work at the college, Natasha serves as the President of the Provincial Association for Private Career Colleges in Nova Scotia and sits on the Board of the National Association of Career Colleges. In both roles, she actively advocates for the advancement and recognition of vocational education across Canada.Known for her commitment to quality instruction, student-centered learning, and sector-wide collaboration, Natasha continues to champion initiatives that strengthen private career colleges and create real opportunities for learners and the industries they serve.
