Can People Change?

Welcome to Episode #53 of Level Up with Raman and Alysha. On today's episode, we will answer the question, Can People Change? Change is inevitable and it's the only constant in the world. But when we hear the phases like "once a cheater, always a cheater" or "once a fuck up, always a fuck up", we question if statements like these are true. We will discuss what we think of statements like these, and how people sometimes can get labeled for a lifetime. Change isn't easy and not everyone can change. We see it in older adults all the time when they are not willing to change their old school mindset to the current norms. We will also talk about how being with the right person can change you in a positive way vs being with a toxic person can change you in a negative way. We will also share stories of times we've had to change and hope to continue to change and grow.
