Can we forgive 70x7 times even when we feel hurt?

Upon reflecting on the human and natural reaction to being wronged, vengeance and retaliation, today’s readings bide us to extend ourselves in forgiveness. Perhaps we can try forgiving 70x 7 times, trying over and over again, or if not, looking at Jesus on the cross, in his final moments and asking for the grace to forgive.- Sunday Homily by Fr.
