Skylar Lewis, CEO of Superior Restoration and founder of Rise Up Kings, shares some of his lowest lows and the process through which he rose from those depths to be a stronger leader and build a better organization.    Skylar shares how being transparent with his companies financials has opened up new opportunities for organizational growth.
