If someone told you a year ago that you’d get a couple months off, get to practice yoga, get to have that conversation you’ve been meaning to have, get to take care of your body.... most of us would have been like, “WHAT? That sounds amazing... I mean how could that happen? But... Yes please”. That is not to minimize the experience and the tragedy that has occurred, I know this time is difficult. It is for me too. But still, maybe the loss is a rerouting. Maybe this time is supposed to destroy some things and nurture others. .So are you doing it? Are you having that talk, are you bringing that forward?
