Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast!  Season 8, where 5th Edition D&D meets SCP! The Serpent’s Hand has given the Foundation a little bit of information. They have suggested forming some sort of an alliance with another cult. The Church of the Broken God. This cult is the exact opposite of Sarkicists, they believe flesh is a sin, and that they need to be remade in the image of Mechane, the mechanical god.  The grand plan is to steal an unknown anomalous item from the church in secret, to then use later as a bargaining chip for working together. The church is not a trusting faction, so while it may seem like an odd plan, it’s not without merit.  However, being technologically advanced, this MTF will have to go in without a lot of their normal tech that they have at their disposal. They have to get into the encampment and out without being caught. Not to mention, they then have to get that anomalous item across the desert on horseback. Will they manage to complete their mission successfully? Will everyone make it out alive? What else might be lurking in the desert between the church and safety?
