On the football field, Sullivan was a key player, notably recording 47 receptions for 800 yards and seven touchdowns in 1981. His performance placed him among the top receivers in the school's football history, leading to his induction into the school's Hall of Fame in 1997. Sullivan's legacy at Cardinal O'Hara is marked by his exceptional athletic achievements and his ongoing commitment to the school's development and success. Sullivan has been actively involved in the school's governance. Where he serves on the school's Board of Directors, contributing his expertise to the institution's leadership. Beyond the ball field, Sullivan has achieved much professional success. Working with companies such as Reebok, then as Director of College Partnerships at Under Armour.
