Although they may not have the approval to provide meds they can be the medication reminder for both the patient, family or Hospice Staff. "Hospice care brings together a team of people with special skills — among them nurses, doctors, social workers, spiritual advisors, and trained volunteers. Everyone works together with the person who is dying, the caregiver, and/or the family to provide the medical, emotional, and spiritual support needed." These individuals are not fulltime with the patient and therefore family and Homecare Workers are important in this team. https://www.facebook.com/cherishedcompanionshomecare https://cherishedagency.com/ If you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at 440 525 1530 (Part of Karen's Coaching Services include adult children who are caring for their elderly family members and may need some guidance and assistance to work through the transitions.)
