After my own first session, I was shocked about the result, its effect on my mood, my body sensations, my presence and thoughts. From feeling heavy, loaded like a full cup and overwhelmed by my thought patterns to being calm, peaceful and instantly happier. That very night, I slept so much better than I had in months. And that was just a 25 minute session.
