    Less Anxiety, More Focus: This New Approach is All You Need to Learn

    Let’s face it, productivity can create pressure. Recent studies show, that this buzzword increasingly affects peoples’ anxiety and while others use it to measure good and bad, peoples’ worth and success, I believe it’s time to take a different perspective. Not only is this buzzword’s original definition outdated, but also are we forgetting that we are not meant to work as machines. In times, where communication doesn’t sleep, anything and anybody is available 24/7 productivity needs a new definition.     7 Roots of Happiness

    We are born like this, we want to understand.     The Reality of: What Your Past tells You about Who You Are Today (it’s good information)

    I Healed Myself, and SO Can You! A Taste of Breathwork

    Human lives start with our first breath and ends with our last. What happens in between sometimes feels like a miracle, although it surely is not just a coincidence. Your breath can be as automatic as an electronic light sensor – or much more intentional and deliberate. Our breath is our life force energy. No matter what we do, up until our very last breath, it will never leave our side, it will never be mad at us for not paying enough attention to it, stressing it, holding it… your breath carries you at all times. What we do not know (or seem to ignore) is that we are literally carrying a super power within us, a super power we have lost the instruction manual for, before even having read it. Without precise data at hand, I feel safe to say that 98% of our popularity is wasting their breath and its healing power, its ability to speak to and for us. No more! Today you will be introduced (again). This short Breathwork class is meant give you an idea of what breathing consciously feels like, how your body sensations change while breathing intentionally and give you a little taste test to assess whether this kind of practice should become part of your future mindfulness portfolio. As always, I am here to guide you through the whole process.     Careful, this will Affect Your Brain Activity Significantly

    After my own first session, I was shocked about the result, its effect on my mood, my body sensations, my presence and thoughts. From feeling heavy, loaded like a full cup and overwhelmed by my thought patterns to being calm, peaceful and instantly happier. That very night, I slept so much better than I had in months. And that was just a 25 minute session. What a blissful state.We repeated the sessions and what can I say, the effect returned again, and again, adding up on the previous ones rather than replace them. Stimulating your frontal cortex affecting your memory and concentration Yoga Nidra became my hero from that moment on. I was in the midst of my Yoga Teacher Training, a highly demanding education both physically and mentally. Going back to my job later on, I almost got addicted to Yoga Nidra as it literally helped me put every piece into order, so I was able to see with better clarity. Decreasing activity in the Amygdala, I was able to decrease fear, stress and anxiety – symptoms you find yourself confronted with easily being in a role of high responsibility level, which I was as a leader. Now, if you need more calm and peace in your life, this session if tailor made for you.     Your Mental Load is Killing you: Find Ease and Learn how to Let Go of Control

    From the outside perspective, you have got it all together. If you’d ask anyone around you, people will tell you how impressed they are about the way you rock your everyday life, with everything you have got on your plate. But what they don’t see, is the pack of unleashed Minions inside of you racing and babbling, creating chaos while trying to being on time, remembering all the things that needed to be done, and your kids’ appointments too, worrying about stuff at work and your mom’s wellbeing lately…And the fact is, you are not alone – but the mental load that you are carrying is something no one else seems to be able to help you with. Because you are always the one in control. Of course your partner and you work together, but he does not see all the things that need to be done, the kitchen that needs cleaning, the parent-teacher conference, the car that’s due for inspection – yes you can tell him to do things too, but it’s not like he is going to think of these things himself. And so your brain is constantly spiraling and starting to overheat. If you loosen the belt for only 1 inch, everything will fall apart. Am I right? My friend, you need to listen to this right now! First, you are going to take a deep breath, and as impossible as it may seem, you are going to pause right here, right now, because your sanity, your heart and your soul desperately need this.     Don’t Get Distracted: How to Keep the Energy High and Eradicate Self Doubt in Times of Change

    Can you relate to that? While you are excited about this new path that you came on, proactively moving in a new direction, not exactly knowing the end destination but eager to discover all the great things and learnings on the way? Well, right there, around the corner of from behind a tree or wall, it is waiting on you, lingering, slowly creeping up on you.
