Experience is her teacher as the mother of a 17-yr-old neurotypical son and a 15-yr-old autistic daughter with a rare genetic disease.Her mission in life is to change the story around caregiving and celebrate the journey. She honours the role of the caregiver by helping them recognize their worth and their true gifts. As a self-care coach, she works with parents who feel overwhelmed and at the end of their rope.
