Caribbean Judiciary Heads Express Concern Over Disclosure of CCJ Internal Communications

Heads of judiciary across several Caribbean countries have expressed concern over the disclosure of internal communications involving the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ). While declining to comment on individual judges or internal court matters, the regional judicial leaders stressed the importance of confidentiality and reaffirmed their confidence in the CCJ as a vital institution within the Caribbean justice system.
