CaringBridge and Staying Centered

from The Kathryn Zox Show · host Kathryn Zox

Kathryn interviews CaringBridge founder Sona Mehring. "In 1997, good friends of mine had a premature baby, and they asked me to let everyone know what was happening. Instead of making dozens of emotional and time-consuming phone calls, I decided to create a website. The same night their baby Brighid was born, so was the idea that became CaringBridge." Since then more than half a million CaringBridge websites have been created. Kathryn also interviews life coach Ora Nadrich, author of "Says Who? How One Simple Question Can Change The Way You Think Forever". Work-related stress is reaching epidemic rates, according to the American Institute of Stress. Negative thoughts about work hijack our creativity and our productivity, making it even harder to get the job done. Nadrich points out there's a powerful method to get centered in the here and now. Nadrich is a Huffington Post blogger, speaker, writer and wedding officiant in LA.
