The Phillies made another trade over the weekend, acquiring Angels closer Carlos Estévez for a couple pitching prospects. It seems to be a perfect fit for the Phillies, who have been looking for more stability in the late innings. But is this it? Are the Phillies really finished making moves before Tuesday’s 6 p.m.  ET trade deadline? Ruben and Jim aren’t convinced, with Jim hearing that the Phillies continue to monitor the starting pitching market. Bryce Harper was asked Sunday how he feels about the Phillies as they are constructed heading into the final two months of the season, if Estévez and Austin Hays are the only two acquisitions president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski makes before the trade deadline.
