As a long-time co-anchor of Global Edmonton‘s Morning News, Andrea was recognized with a ‘Distinguished Alumni Award‘ for Journalism from MacEwan University. Being a parent to a child with ASD meant taking her professional journey in a new direction and she has now been helping people achieve their real estate goals for over 13 years. As an Associate at MaxWell Devonshire Realty in Sherwood Park. Andrea remains passionate about equipping people with integral information. Andrea and her husband maintain an active role in helping their adult son build the skills necessary to live a productive, independent life on the autism spectrum. We will touch on hope and resilience during the early years, diagnosis, and support available to parents and caregivers.
