The court held that this waiver bars arguments challenging supervised release conditions for failing to be orally pronounced at sentencing, unless those unpronounced conditions constitute a punishment imposed in excess of the statutory maximum. Since the defendant did not argue that any condition exceeded the statutory maximum, the exception established in *United States v. Higgins* did not apply.
