A man swimming over the holiday weekend on the Delaware River has been found safe after drifting about a mile away from his party.Work has reportedly started on a construction project on highway 17 to fix the surface and improve safety on a busy stretch of road between Parksville and the Village of Liberty. Getting out into nature is a great way for kids to disconnect.
