An investigation into a shooting by a state trooper who shot and killed a man in Rock Hill who reportedly rammed his car into him is complete.After some vandals hit DeHoyos Memorial Park in Monticello, the Village Board put something of a curfew in place. A former Walton High School math teacher has reportedly admitted inappropriate behavior towards students. Volunteers in Monticello met at the public library to put life-saving kits together.
