The Cavs set a franchise record with 91 points in the first half to cruise to a 144-101 win over the Dallas Mavericks. Sam Merrill had a career high 27 points to lead 8 double digit scorers for the Cavs. This was the Mavericks first game since trading franchise player Luka Doncic to the Lakers for Anthony Davis.The Cavs next play Tuesday against the Boston Celtics and will try to increase their lead for the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference.
