from weMove Podcast · host weMove

Hey there are welcome to the weMove podcast.Plants are being talked about a lot, from plant based diets to the healing power of medicinal plants that there must be and is from our experience something in it, and so following on from Maribeth Helens podcast last week Chris is keeping the conversation in the plant world with a focus on CBD, the cannabis family  derived extract which is gaining momentum as a super plant that can be used for pretty much anything from anxiety to sore muscles. When we are in the US CBD is included in pretty much anything you can imagine but there are various strengths, types, flavours brands and to be honest it has been quite confusing to us and others even those selling it. Today Chris sat with Nia Davies the founder of the Yugenial CBD brand here in London to discover her journey to the plant, her crossover from studying medicine to starting Yugenial, how it has helped her and others and what to look for in your choice. We will be releasing more conversations along the power of plants from the mild to more wild so if you are interested keep your eyes peeled or sign up to our newsletter which we are finally ready to begin. It has only been 4 years!
