The Supreme Court appeared poised to side with an Ohio woman in her bid to revive a lawsuit alleging "reverse discrimination" after she said she was denied a promotion and demoted because she is straight. Utah is set to become the first state to ban fluoride from drinking water since it was introduced in the U.S. 80 years ago to prevent tooth decay.
