Brian Wilson, co-founder of the Beach Boys, has died at 82. A jury found Harvey Weinstein, 73, guilty of one count in his sexual assault retrial as they returned a partial verdict after days of deliberations. The U.S. and China are close to a trade deal: China would keep a 10% tariff on U.S. goods, while the U.S. maintains up to 55% tariffs on select Chinese imports. The deal also allows China to resume rare Earth exports and Chinese students to keep studying in the U.S.
