Police identified the suspect who ignited fireworks and started a fire outside a federal building in Manhattan as 43-year-old Andrew Arrabaca. Authorities said the anti-ICE activist was armed with two axes, a machete, three knives, fireworks and other destructive devices. Dangerous weather is impacting communities across the U.S., from tropical flooding threats along Florida's Gulf Coast to deadly flash floods in Utah and severe storms across the Northeast. Nearly 100 U.S. service members have been injured in multiple Iranian airstrikes on bases across the Middle East this month, U.S. officials told CBS News.
