Dangerous weather is impacting much of the U.S., with Tropical Storm Bertha nearing the Gulf Coast while severe storms trigger flooding and possible tornadoes across parts of the East Coast. Federal health officials say iceberg lettuce grown by Taylor Farms in central Mexico has been linked to this summer's Cyclospora outbreak. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said last year's budget cuts had no impact on the outbreak or investigation as questions continue over the federal response. New video of what appears to be Nolan Wells before his death following a Fourth of July boat trip with friends in Mississippi. Authorities say there's been no indication of foul play.
