Major developments today in the manhunt for escaped killer Danelo Cavalcante, who has been on the run since August 31st. Police say the fugitive stole a rifle from a garage last night and that he came face-to-face with a homeowner, who shot at him, but missed. The CDC is recommending everyone six months and older get the updated COVID vaccine amid the rise in cases and hospitalizations nationwide.
