Celebrate Dad's: Matt Sweetwood Became a Single Dad of Five Kids; Hired Ex-Israeli Military as His Nannies.

Our (slightly off) Father’s Day episode!   In 1996, Matt Sweetwood, the author of "Man Up" became a single dad of five children who were between the ages of 18 months and 8 years old. Matt’s ex-wife (and mother of his five children) left the house (in handcuffs, as Matt recalls). Apparently during one of her psychotic breaks, she tried to take Matt's race car for a spin. That, Matt says, was the final straw. She hasn’t seen the children in 13 years.    Matt’s new book -- “Man Up” -- talks about becoming a single dad, not trying to replace their mom, different methods he used (including hiring two members of the Israeli military as his live-in nannies!!!) and others. Great, inspiring, Father-of-the-Year type story.    The Jake Sasseville Show is co-executive produced by Vivienne Kelly and Gregory Stutzer. Produced by Dwain Doty. Also produced by Kodi Seaton, Emma Bracy, Rob Peterpaul and CC Hutten. (c) 2015 PROFOUNDLY HUMAN MEDIA All Rights Reserved
