Elaine Welteroth, FMR Editor in Chief of Teen Vogue, was in diapers when Yvette Noel-Schure (publicist to Prince, Beyonce, Adele, etc.) was paving the way for her.  Elaine, at 29, became the youngest editor in Conde Nast history. She grew up in California to what she calls a hippy dad and a soulful mom.
