Celebrate Every Win For A Positive Mindset Shift

Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. Wow what a whirlwind of a year and a few months. Are you struggling with seeing how far you have come ? Struggling to celebrate every win and really focus on what is going right?In this week's episode I dive into what are the good things happening, seeing all the little and big wins. Realising that we don't need to focus on what's growing wrong but what is going right and how I can build on that. Realising that being able to get out of a tail spin of overwhelm  through my positive routine and my EFT accountability partner is a massive win. Each night sit down and write a small win and a big win and over time you will see how far you have come. Really sit in the "what is going right" , "what can I do even better" and you will really see a massive mindset shift happen.
