This week we celebrate a big one, James' 50th birthday, with a party that will take some beating. We open the doors on the shed for the first time to see it transformed, with the combines lined up as the centre piece, a disco ball overhead and 450 friends ready to dance. There is food cooked over the fire pits, two bands, and the now famous tale of just how many bags of oak it really takes to cook for a crowd that size. Once the celebrations are behind us, it is back to business.
