We pray that the Lord will protect this nation, protect the economy as well, and guard and keep our business, the preaching of the gospel, and our health, and ward off and keep us from every danger and natural disaster. We ask Him to enlarge the site of our tent and bless us. But faith must be held in a fitting way. To those who have not even received the remission of sins, some preach sermons telling them not to worry about anything, that God protects them in everything—but with what would He protect those who have not received the remission of sins?
