Chad L Yellowjohn, an indigenous artist, discusses two of his paintings…
from Radio Aula Mundi · host Radio Aula Mundi
Chad ‘Little Coyote’ Yellowjohn comes from a Shoshone-Bannock/Spokane ancestral line. Chad was raised in Ione, Washington, and, at a young age, was mute, speaking only gibberish. Over the years, his imagination began to extensively blossom on paper, thus gaining a heavy interest in free hand illustration. Currently he is motivated to discover the means to promote optimistic activism or ‘protecting’ through his creative talents and collaborations with organizations, musical artists, and just awesome individuals. ••• https://www.lilcoyote.com/ https://www.omniglot.com/writing/shoshone.htm https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iyVL-L3w36Y ••• Interview conducted by Marco Rixecker https://www.amazon.com/author/marcorixecker ••• Radio Aula Mundi, May 2026 https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL0J-iNFOJ5e7pEH8ldsVqlM272Ly4wwBQ&si=Db9cnIDPtz9uNC8O ••• At the moment, Radio Aula Mundi is an evolving podcast station where no language and all languages are spoken… It’s a multilingual mix of music, poetry, lectures, languages, interviews, documentaries, recipes, and a lot more, co-produced with the students of the ‘Aula Mundi International Cultural Center’… ••• Radio Aula Mundi Centro Cultural & Turistico Aula Mundi Aula Mundi Cultural Travel Center https://linktr.ee/radioaulamundi •••
