Challenges of interrupting sexual harassment

Today I went to a continuing education seminar on sexual harassment (Mariska was not invited but she knows all she needs to about this topic). It made me reflect on how situations in my life and those of my clients and former students when interrupting sexual harassment was much easier said than done. There are no easy answers here, but maybe a lens on which to view it a little differently.
