Change in Bite Sizes

from Master Your Mindset and Metabolism - Mid-Life Edition

"The problem usually comes down to feeling a panic because you feel disgusted or you don't like where you are or you feel like, I just I can't stand it anymore so everything has to change. And so therefore, you feel like you have to make 10,000 changes all at once. That is one of the issues. The other issue is, organization. People think, OK, I got to have this in place and place first, and that in place, etc etc. And so therefore, your action steps get prolonged." In this episode I share a Facebook live I did regarding the simple formula of taking action steps in bit size pieces. Some topics I cover are: Take action and stop procrastinating. Everything doesn't have to be organized or perfect for you to begin to take action. Choose to make changes with things that affect more than one area positively. Example: Water...it not only affects your skin, it affects your hunger, mood, energy, and cravings.
