Change is the one constant in all of our lives. It's the one constant and it's the one thing that can really put us in a tailspin. We can get overwhelmed when change comes our way. More often than not we get angry and upset when change comes, we see the negative aspects and we find it difficult to find solutions. We create our definition of our life based on the outside aspects of our life. We create an identity based on our home, cars, job, title, spouse, etc. So when change comes, it rocks our identity and makes us scared and confused. In the show, we will analyze change, the impact, and how to let the change propel us positively forward.
