Change of Venue, Trial Date, 3rd Party Practice, etc. Goncalves v. WSU (Opinion)
from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
Here, per the First Amendment we provide pure opinions, speculations, comments and discuss inquiries/commentary in the public regarding why the defense is seeking to change venue, when the trial date will be set, when is the deadline for defense to possibly bring in 3rd parties (persons/entities addressed in the First Affirmative Defense) and more regarding the high profile federal lawsuit styled as Goncalves et al. v. Washington State University. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. #Idaho4 #WashingtonStateUniversity #BryanKohberger #FirstAmendment #FreeSpeech
