I’m speaking with Nancy Sokol Green who is the founder and executive director of a global education program called Brain Highways. She is also the author of book called Connection mode - How to Change Your Brain For A Better Life, which as far as I’m concerned should be required reading for everyone.    Todays conversation is about how limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and bad habits can keep us stuck as a result of patterns in our nervous system.
